Why Sioux Falls, Why Downtown

Downtown Sioux Falls has seen unprecedented investments in mixed use developments the last few years. These projects simply do not happen without building tenants! Rotarian Steve Watson will moderate a panel of downtown business leaders who made the conscious decision to double down on Sioux Falls and downtown. Hear how they reached their decision to invest (or re-invest) downtown, and what it has meant for their business, talent attraction/retention and more. Joining the conversation will be Jake Christensen, President, Christensen Development; Greg Garry, EVP & COO, The Bancorp and Rotarian Aaron Clayton, Partner, Eide Bailly.

The buffet lunch will be available for purchase at the door beginning at 11:30 am. The menu will be: Baked lemon pepper tilapia with asparagus and baked potato and salad bar.

The presentation, at the club’s regular weekly meeting, will be held at the South Dakota Military Heritage Alliance in Sioux Falls and will begin at noon. All Downtown Sioux Falls Rotary Club programs are open only to Rotarians and their guests. All programs are subject to the club's Privacy Policy. Local media are invited to attend to record the session.
